Friday Evening Kick-off
The weekend begins with a shared dinner on Friday night. Following dinner is a Heart iQ Journey led by Christian Pankhurst, founder of Heart iQ and co-founder of New Eden.
This journey sets the tone for your experience over the weekend here, connecting you in with yourself and others.
Morning Practices
Each morning on Saturday and Sunday, we start the day with a guided practice (such as yoga and meditation) to connect in with yourself for the day.

Your weekend rate includes:
- All classes & activities on Friday night, Saturday and Sunday
- Access to New Eden facilities (like the co-working space, meditation room, dining area etc.)
- A vegetarian meal package for the duration of your stay, starting with dinner on Friday evening and ending with lunch on Sunday.
- Accommodation for Friday and Saturday night in a shared occupancy room.
