New Eden is a private 50-acre retreat venue in Hemrik, the Netherlands, roughly 90 minutes from Amsterdam Schiphol by car. You can hire it in three configurations: the Temple for groups of 25 to 70, the House for 12 to 35, or the full estate exclusively for up to 100 with tiny homes and camping.

What is included in a venue hire?
Every hire covers the essentials of a residential group experience: your event space, beds, kitchen, wellness areas, and the land itself. We work with a select number of groups each year, and bookings are guided by minimum investment thresholds rather than a fixed number of nights, so shorter retreats can also be a good fit, particularly for larger groups.
- Group work spaces
- Four dedicated event spaces across the property, each with premium sound: the Temple’s 110 m² main room and 82 m² meditation room, the 78 m² Dome, and the 52 m² Almond Room.
- On-site accommodation
- En-suite bedrooms in the Temple, home-style rooms in the House, handcrafted tiny homes, and camping, with up to 85 beds when you hire the whole estate.
- Catering kitchen
- A fully equipped commercial kitchen, plus a traditional Aga kitchen in the House. Bring your own chef, or we’ll connect you with one of our trusted chefs.
- Saunas & wellness
- Two saunas on the land: a wood-fired sauna that fits 12 to 15 people, and a barrel sauna in the House’s wellness garden, alongside the fire circle and pond.
- AV & livestream
- A 10,000-watt sound system and multi-camera 4K livestream setup in the Temple, with handheld and headset mics, mats, cushions, and pillows included.
- Nature
- 50 acres of private forest, meadows, and trails for solo integration and group walks, with private gardens, courtyards, and direct forest access.
